All photographs, restorations, videos, audio, voice likeness, recordings, written content, designs, patterns, blueprints, furniture concepts, banners, logos, graphics, and creative concepts shown on these websites are protected. Copying, printing, downloading, reuse, AI training, voice cloning, resale, reproduction, public use, manufacturing, or removal of notices is not permitted without written permission.
Creative work shown on these websites is owned by Linda Silver and/or presented under the Verona Rose family of businesses, including Verona Rose, Iowa Rose Productions, Designs by Linda Silver, and Voiceovers by Linda Silver.
Business names, logos, banners, seals, and brand graphics are protected brand materials and should not be copied, modified, reused, or represented as belonging to another person or company.
Visitors may view the websites for information only. Viewing a page, preview image, audio demo, design, pattern, blueprint, photograph, restoration, or video does not grant permission to copy, save, print, download, publish, share, sell, manufacture, reproduce, train software, or create derivative work from it.
Dress designs, furniture designs, pattern concepts, measurements, pattern pieces, plans, blueprints, and design notes are protected creative work. Future product pages should state exactly what is being sold, what use is allowed, what use is not allowed, and whether the item is a personal-use pattern, a blueprint, a design concept, or a finished product.
Visible watermarks, embedded metadata, copyright notices, and future QR-code or purchase-record references may be used to identify protected copies and sales copies.
Photo restorations, family-history materials, slideshow materials, video presentations, restored images, gallery captions, and preview examples are protected. Watermarks may be placed across images for preview protection, while avoiding faces when restoration quality needs to remain visible.
Private family materials submitted by clients should only be used for the requested project unless written permission is given for public display.
Voice demos, audio recordings, scripts, performance style, and Linda Silver's voice likeness are protected. Copying, sampling, cloning, training artificial intelligence, reuse in synthetic voice systems, resale, or public use is not permitted without written permission.
Future voiceover services should include written approval of the script, usage rights, price, timeline, file format, revision terms, and no-AI or no-cloning restrictions before recording begins.
Preview media may include visible watermarks and public copyright metadata. Private fields such as GPS location, device serial numbers, editing history, and private comments should be removed before public use.
Future for-sale products may include visible marks, embedded metadata, QR codes, purchase records, and customer agreement records to connect the item to Verona Rose and the specific sale or license.
Permission must be requested in writing before any protected material is copied, reused, printed, trained, cloned, reproduced, resold, manufactured, published, or used publicly.
